Santi Sir RKLM Memorial Diagnostic & Diabetes centre is an EDC (Extension Of Diabetes Care) Centre, an affiliated project of Bangladesh Diabetic Association to serve the rural people, which was established on 20 September, 2012 in respect of my four fathers specially my father who was famous as Santi Sir locally.We just trying to fulfill his dreams about the rural health systems as he was a patient of Diabetes Mellitus for more than 25 years. This  centre was inaugurated by Mr.Sukumar Ranjan Ghosh,the honorable MP,Munshigonj 1, Prof.Dr.A.K.Azad Khan, President, Bangladesh Diabetic Association, Dr.Hasan Ali Chowdhury,Assistant Co Ordinator,EDC,BADAS,Mr.Mohiuddin Ahmed,Chairman,Sirajdikhan Upazila Parishad and others respected distinguished guests from different disciplines.

From the very beginning, each patientis served with highest care of our abilities by giving proper health education of diseases, motivate to change the life style & food behaviors responsible for disease processes by multimedia presentation with most accurate diagnostic facilities at affordable prices by consultant physicians & expert health personals of every disciplines.

We also maintain& preserve data of each patients regarding some variable parameters which are very much helpful for research works in the community levels.
This centre was visited frequently by foreign delegates with respected persons & policy makers of Bangladesh Diabetic Association to exchange the information & ideas, related discussions which are helpful to prevent the non-communicable diseases into national & international levels for the rural communities.
